Richard Newey - Race Across America Solo Rider 2009

The Race Across America is considered the toughest bike race in the world!  Richard will be cycling from the West coast to the East coast of the US to raise money for The Sabre Charity Trust.  The Trust is improving schooling in Ghana to ensure a better future for local children. Geoff Thomas - Ex Professional Footballer

Geoff was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2003 but a bone marrow transplant saved his life.  Since then he has set up the Geoff Thomas Foundation which is devoted to raising money for much needed research into Leukaemia.  Such fund raising events have included the Tour de France, London-Paris bike ride and the New York marathon.  Click here to find out more information.
